The G-Tech Innovation Center was established near Houston’s Energy Corridor in Katy in 2014 with construction of a 48,000 sq. ft. facility on a prime 11-acre site that immediately became a base for local and international companies. Due to the particular success and expansion of one customer, they purchased the initial building and G-Tech immediately acquired an existing building in nearby Brookshire along with excess land for expansion. Land retained from the original site in Katy will be developed with a future facility and a similar site has also been acquired in Pearland, on Houston’s southern outskirts.
Whether you are a business startup looking for a serviced office and a small area of workshop or just looking for temporary industrial storage to showcase your product, the benefits of the G-Tech Innovation Center far outweigh the costs, risk and stress of the alternatives. Let your business thrive while you grow and transition.
