Health and Safety

Health and safety regulatory compliance is regarded as a fundamental cornerstone at G-Tech and a key condition in our services agreements with customers. Regulations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 are enforced by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), part of the United States Department of Labor.

Under the OSHA Act, each employer shall:

  • Furnish to each of their employees’ employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to their employees.
  • Comply with occupational safety and health standards promulgated under this Act.

  • And, each employee shall:

  • Comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to this Act which are applicable to his own actions and conduct.

  • It is our obligation at G-Tech to provide a safe working environment for our customers and their employees and the responsibility of all users to communicate any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions for action.

It is our customer’s obligation to comply with OSHA regulations and G-Tech will help to ensure this by offering reference material and support. We also strongly encourage participation in the Occupational Safety and Health Consultation (OSHCON) program:
